"We had such a horrible experience. The first day we came, the bedsheets were dirty that we had to move to another room. The room that we were moved to had a problem with the sink drain. We reported it and we were told that maintained would come fix it by the end of the day. When we came back to the room at the end of the day the sink was never fixed, and housekeeping didn't even come to clean the room or replace any towels or bedsheets. We had to call in order for them to get someone to clean. I haven't even mentioned the beds creaking and were just uncomfortable to sleep on, or the carpets that smelled bad. Overall it was just a terrible experience, I would not recommend anyone booking a room here."

"We were looking for something unique and different from your standard hotel. The Bell was a wonderful choice. The rooms were very comfortable and nicelyappointed. It felt very safe and secure. The rooftop lounge with fireplace and full kitchen was a really nice spot for an evening cocktail. The views were spectacular. The lobby with coffee and drinks, ice, and snacks, was very nice. We would definitely stay here again when we come back."
